Harmony of the Seas to be the World’s Largest Cruise Ship

Revitalized Freedom of the Seas returns to Port Canaveral

Only three years ago, the first of the Freedom class of ships, Freedom of the Seas, was the Guiness World Records holder for the largest cruise ship in the world. It is still the largest and most innovative cruise ship sailing from Port Canaveral. Continue reading

Disney Magic crew rescues Royal Caribbean passenger

554px-Lifebelt_in_WaterDisney Magic crew has staged a dramatic rescue of a guest on Royal Caribbean ship Oasis of the Seas who fell overboard from his liner during a luxury cruise and then holidaymakers spot him in water.

The incident happened last Thursday morning. The 22-year-old man was a guest of the world’s largest cruise ship, when suddenly he fell overboard just outside of Cozumel in Mexico. Luckily, the man was spotted by Scott Campbell, a passenger on board the Disney Magic, a Port Canaveral-based cruise ship, that was approaching the port for a scheduled port-of-call stop. The New Cruise Terminal One Delayed

It was reported that the terminal complex is now slated to open December 27. Some cruise lines, originally planning to use the new terminal in November and December, will be forced to shift to other cruise terminals. Continue reading

Ovation of the Seas will be the third Quantum Class ship
